Last week I suggested spending a few minutes envisioning yourself in an ideal state, one in which you are experiencing wonderful, robust health.
As a health coach, I find this exercise to be a valuable way to help clients lay the groundwork for powerful change.
When we imagine ourselves eating well, being physically active and making smart lifestyle choices – we open ourselves up to exciting possibilities.
The emotions we feel when we think about such possibilities become the spark for new behaviors and ultimately new habits which serve us well.
What begins as a mere picture in our mind’s eye has the potential to become real if we nurture it steadily.

To the Moon in June will be an opportunity to ratchet up your health and have fun in the process.
Using a simple web-based platform at The Daily Endorphin, www.dailyendorphin.com, we’ll have some friendly competition with family, friends and co-workers. Anyone who participated last year knows it’s a terrific way to earn points for engaging in activities which energize us fully.
I’m still working out the details of the challenge but I expect to have them for everyone by next week.
